1. About RealtyEngage
RealtyEngage is a real estate–focused engagement platform providing communication and automation services such as:
- Real Estate Marketing
- Mandate Selling
- Lead Generation
- Performance Marketing
- RCS Messaging
- Voice Calling & IVR
- WhatsApp Business API
- Site visit automation
- Campaign analytics
Services are offered strictly for legitimate real estate business communication.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You represent a legally registered business or individual
- You have the authority to bind your organization to these terms
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use RealtyEngage for:
- Spam, fraud, phishing, or misleading communication
- Unsolicited promotional messages
- Illegal, abusive, or harmful activities
- Violation of TRAI, DLT, WhatsApp, Google RCS, or telecom regulations
- Sending messages without recipient consent
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining explicit consent from end users
- Content of messages sent using the platform
- Compliance with applicable laws (TRAI, IT Act, GDPR if applicable)
- Accuracy of uploaded data (leads, phone numbers, customer details)
RealtyEngage is a technology service provider, not the originator of communication content.
5. Service Availability
- Services are provided on a best-effort basis
- Delivery may depend on third-party networks (telecom operators, WhatsApp, Google RCS)
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
6. Payments & Billing
- All services are prepaid or contract-based
- Payments once made are non-refundable
- Usage is subject to fair use and agreed commercial terms
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, logos, and documentation on RealtyEngage are the exclusive property of RealtyEngage.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
RealtyEngage shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or business
- Telecom operator failures
- Regulatory penalties arising from client misuse
- Delays caused by third-party platforms
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access without notice
- Refuse service to any client violating terms or regulations
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction shall be courts of India only.
